At Liforme, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance yoga gear. If your mat or accessory isn't perfect for your practice, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the yoga mat is rolled correctly and all tags or accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
